История этого коллектива начинается с 1999 года, когда Алексей Кравченко и Георгий (Geo) объединили свои усилия. Они стали первыми питерскими транс-музыкантами, которые играли на вечеринках только музыку собственного сочинения. С тех пор проект накопил огромный опыт выступлений на различных мероприятиях, от андерграундных транс-парти до многотысячных рэйвов, и стал неразрывно связан с историей развития петербургской транс сцены. Состав Pan Psychic со временем менялся. Алексей оставил проект, а в 2005 году к Гео присоединился его старый друг - Иван Федоренко. В работе над некоторыми треками также принимал участие музыкант из города Донецка - Олег Бойчук, известный под псевдонимом Shytan.

В альбом «We Are Not Who We Are» вошли наиболее удачные и популярные работы проекта, написанные в период с 2002 по 2007 гг. Стилистика трэков весьма разнообразна: вы услышите гипнотический гоа-транс “Vishnu Avatars” и “In Suspend”, острый ночной психоделик “We Are Not Who We Are”, “Night Vision” и “Bioware”, жизнерадостные утренние мелодии “Москва-Кассиопея”, “Пикник На Обочине”, задорный атмосферный брэйкс “Ozone Cloud”, а также глубокий chill-out “Последняя Реальность”. Завершает альбом неофициальный гимн питерского транса - ремикс на  бессмертную песню ВИА "Земляне” – "Трава У Дома".

Мы надеемся, что этот релиз станет прекрасным подарком всем любителям транс-музыки. Замечательная обложка к нему любезно предоставлена известным петербургским цифровым художником [E. Kiselev]. Альбом посвящается светлой памяти Николая Кобзаря (Caps).
